I went around in Salzburg and researched the city. and I could see by chance many hibiscus flowers in the street as flowers in the personal garden.
But actually, many people do not use hibiscus flowers in south korea, because of the symbolic meaning of nation flowers.I was interested in the meaning and cultural differences of each other and collected Hibiscus flower from on the street and garden in salzburg.
And I expressed them through cooking and drawing.

무궁화는 한국의 국화이지만, 그 상징적인 의미 때문에 많은 한국인들은 그것을 정원 식물로 심지는 않습니다.
잘츠부르크 도시를 조사하던 중 사람들이 무궁화를 집의 정원식물로 선택하고 기 르는 것을 보고 문화와 상징성의 차이에 주목하였습니다. 리서치를 통해 무궁화는 차나 식용으로도 이용할 수 있는 식물임을 알게 됩니다.
나라가 다름에 따라 문화와 상징성이 다른 것 처럼 이 차이는 곧 음식의 차이로도 나타날 수 있으며, 식용으로도 먹을 수 있는 무궁화를 김밥의 재료료 사용했습니 다. 그리고 한국 전통식기를 현지 한식 레스토랑에서 대여해 드로잉과 함께 전시 하였습니다.
잘츠부르크 여름 아카데미에 참가했으며 그곳에서 수행된 작업입니다.
